Inspiration and Best Years to Come
Hi my name is Sally, I have had a number of passions over the years. Foremost are my children, they have been the ones to keep me going through thick and thin. They inspire me to do my best, after all, if I give up so can they.
I am at present in a no-mans land stage of my life. I’m 52, and I am sure that some of you will relate. The kids no longer need me like they did. I have devoted my so called “best years of my life” to them. Now I have the freedom to either carry on with my humdrum life while they get on with their adventures, or I can create my own new life adventures and change direction.
Be Inspired
I have decided on the latter, to take a leap of faith and see where the future takes me. I have decided to go on the internet. This for me, is totally out of my comfort zone as I am an extremely private person. All through my life I have kept a low profile and worked hard.
This is what I hope this blog and my Youtube videos will bring you. Access to a wealth of upholstery and interior decorating lessons, after all I have been in the business these past 29 years. Basic cooking lessons, which will lay the foundations of cooking, leading to a number of recipes as time goes on. As well as the courage to do your own home DIY projects, I am quite adept at tiling, laying flooring and some dry-walling. Renovating properties is a hobby of mine.
I hope to inspire you to try new projects and in return, I will be inspired to grow and maybe have many more “best years of life” to come.
